David Fein is a licensed attorney in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the New York and Connecticut Bar. With a diverse background and skill set in law and business David has applied his experience to helping others to build their businesses. His legal work has spanned the public, private and academic realms with time spent in the area of criminal defense, constitutional law and civil litigation. As he turned his attention to business, David worked as an operations manager for a biotechnology start-up where he was intimately involved in all areas of the business, from developing and expanding upon the business plan to legal analysis of patent applications as well as formulating a capital fundraising strategy with venture capital firms. David is dedicated to applying his legal and business skills to the needs of the entrepreneur.
